Refund & Cancellation Policy

We provide custom digital services (website, app, AI & e-commerce development). Because significant time, planning and resources are committed to each project from day one, the following policy applies to all payments made to AGS Creation.
1. Advance Payments
- Advance payments confirm your project slot and allow us to begin planning, design and development.
- Once work has commenced, the advance is non-refundable.
- If you cancel in writing before any work has commenced, we will refund the advance after deducting payment-gateway charges and any costs already incurred.
2. Milestone & Final Payments
- Payments for milestones that have been delivered or approved are non-refundable.
- If the Company is unable to deliver an agreed milestone and the failure is solely attributable to us, the amount paid for that undelivered milestone will be refunded.
3. No Refund Situations
- Change of mind, change in business plans, or project abandonment by the Client.
- Delays caused by the Client (late content, approvals, credentials or payments).
- Work already completed, delivered or deployed.
- Third-party costs — domains, hosting, SSL, licenses, plugins, API fees and payment-gateway charges.
- Issues arising from third-party services, or from changes the Client (or anyone hired by the Client) makes to delivered work.
4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
- If a payment fails but the amount is debited, banks normally auto-reverse it within 5–7 business days.
- Genuine duplicate payments for the same invoice will be refunded in full after verification.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email or WhatsApp us within 7 days of the payment with your Order ID, payment proof and reason.
- Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval, via our payment gateway (Cashfree).
6. Cancellation by the Company
If we decline or cancel a project before commencing work (for any reason), any amount received for that project will be refunded in full.
